#WeddingWeek with Rajkumari Fashions

Oh how adorable these weddings can be! 🙂 All the fun around preparations, meeting your friends and extended family to celebrate the occasion can be quite overwhelming! But at the same time, the golden question..”what will I wear?” dawns upon us and then starts the planning of the best outfit for the best function.

As all of you know we are based out of Navi Mumbai, where life is easy and good but for designers and well-known brands, one has to travel to the other side of the city which is quite a task!

It was few months back when we got to know about Rajkumari Fashions and since then there is one less tension in the wedding prep! 😀

Whose wedding prep? My sister’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeyieeeeee..that’s surprise no. 1 right there for all our readers! She is hitched and it’s the happiest news for me! Amidst all the preparations, here we are crushing on Rajkumari Fashions which has become a one stop shop for all her attires! Also, I get to pick a few for myself since it caters not only to the bride but also to the other ladies who are equally involved in the joyous occasion! And guess what..no travelling scenes! 😛 😀

Let me tell you about its designer who is situated in the heart of Navi Mumbai. Richa is the heart and soul of it and she makes it a point to get the best for her bride to be! From your daily wear to occasional ones, she has everything sorted under one roof and that’s what we loved the most!

The one question for the bride to be was, what is the one thing you look for in your bridal attire? “The outfit should not stop me from dancing to my fullest, oh and a little bit of flare for a “Rajkumari” moment. ❤

With the weather being all sunny and bright, we decided to come up with five outfits that are a must for any bride-to-be without worrying about the comfort or cost because at Rajkumari Fashions, it’s taken care of! D-day is accompanied by a lot of small small rituals and functions which need attention in terms of dressing up! So here is my sister’s favourite –

Say yes to that breezy dress! The dress is a perfect fit for your mehendi and sangeet! Swirl and dance to all the songs with your loved ones in this mint green gown with intricate work and an attached dupatta so that you don’t have to constantly worry about keeping it in place and at the same time letting it do its magic!

Be it your morning time with family or a late night plan of an antakshari or dumb charades with everyone,  during those two three days of pre-marriage preparations, this chikankari kurta will accompany you without any hassle! Pair it up with big earrings and a pair of palazzo pants and you can easily take care of the preparations that have to be done!

Suits with rich colours are a must have! Nothing defines royal as the combination of royal blue and golden. The outfit speaks for itself!

This was my sisters personal favourite! The bright yellow colour with a tinge of turquoise blue was a treat to the eyes. The flare of the dress makes it dreamy and compliments the playfulness of the bride.

Its incomplete without floral!!!! Here, red maxi dress is paired up with a long embroidered floral jacket! Its hands down gorgeous and super easy in terms of carrying it off!
